Conference venue
The conference will be held in a conference room in Boon (Dutch for “Bean”), right across the medieval castle Gravensteen. The venue is a 2-minute walk from Hotel Gravensteen and a 5-minute walk from Hotel de Flandre.
Accommodation (speakers only)
The conference organizers will not cover travel and accommodation expenses. However, we were able to block rooms for the nights of September 17-21 at Hotel Gravensteen and Hotel de Flandre, both located in the historic center of Ghent and only a few steps away from the conference venue. If you decide to book a room here, let the hotel know as soon as possible and mention that you are a participant of this conference. The rooms will be released by the end of June.
